Pupusas are made from corn. Very good! All the little details tells you the owner really cares, wait staff were friendly and don't mind explaining what something is.

Delicious authentic Latin food. Almost the entire Latin palette is corn based so I’ve never had to worry about gluten and I’ve gone multiple times. Try their pastelitos or their cheesy pupusas. Yummmm. About $8 for 4 large pupusas that are very filling and so very reasonably priced.
