UYA restaurant

The service is always friendly and my go-to is their UYA poke bowl. Fresh ingredients, warm fresh rice. I've been getting their food for 3 years and it's always delicious and fresh.

It is essentially raw fish, vegetables, fruits, and rice. They do have a new beef dish but I do not know if it contains any wheat. I am not allergic, I have sensitivity to wheat.

— Excellent

This place has great poke bowls and sushi burritos! They have a list of which sauces are gf at the counter, including gf soy sauce. Almost all the ingredients you can get in the bowl are naturally gf. I have eaten here many times and never gotten sick.
