I am so bummed. Our family always loved going to Vaca’s. They used to be not only vegan but gluten free. We are celiac so it can be tricky to find safe places. They now have a lot of gluten items and it’s no longer safe for celiac at all. It used to be a regular stop for us and now we can no longer go there.

They’ve recently started processing gluten in both of their kitchens. They changed from being celiac safe to only gluten free friendly, according to their website, due to the cross contamination.

All soft serve flavors and toppings are gluten free! Their cones are also gluten free! Great spot, definitely suggest! They use Califia oat milk (they use certified gluten free oats).

The best soft serve gf/vegan ice cream I have ever had! It’s hard to believe the entire menu is vegan! Seasonal flavors are fun, unique and delicious. Cookie toppings come from GF You’re a Cookie. Felt very safe eating here

Vaca's is amazing! Everything on their menu is vegan & GF. It was absolutely fantastic! Their staff is also super nice and extremely knowledgeable. I can't wait to go back! Highly recommend!
