Allergens are marked for each item on a sign next to the counter where you order. Every flavor has its own scoop so there’s no cross contamination. A couple of vegan and lactose free flavors as well. I didn’t see anything for gluten free cones or waffles when I went. Super delicious ice cream.

There is a chart on the wall with allergens listed for the different varieties. After finding a few options, we looked for a new and unused one. Major hassle getting scoop cleaned but eventually my celiac child could enjoy an ice cream in a cup.

She wanted a waffle, but they were not glutenfree. Only the ice cone waffles were glutenfree. So she had one of those. They could say which ice was glutenfree and which was with possible traces, so that was positive. It was tastefull. Was years ago she had an ice-cream in a cone!
