Have been going here for years and most of their dishes have an equivalent and well labelled GF option. Just spent two weeks in Vietnam and their pho rivals any we had overseas. Their spicy peanut satay pho is particularly awesome. Dedicated GF spring rolls. Great vermicelli bowls. Love this place! They’ve gotten so popular in recent years and it’s well deserved. Portions are large and can often be split into two meals.

They have a dedicated fryer and GF spring rolls. The only thing is that sometimes the oil tastes old

Offer almost everything celiac safe! Separate fryer, workspace, etc. I trust them, and I always communicate before I order that I need celiac safe gf, and they know how to prep properly. GF SPRING ROLLS PEOPLE.!!!

This is my absolute favourite GF restaurant! I’ve ordered from here probably 50 times (#13). Love the staff, the prices, and the food, especially the gluten free spring rolls.

I love van son, we order from here often and they are always very friendly. They have a separate fryer for gf spring rolls and they have told me they order a different satay for the pho to ensure it is gf. I am celiac and feel safe here.

Had a suspicious reaction on my first visit. Not super sick, but not particularly well either.
Second visit had another reaction.
Won't try a third. I don't trust they are actually gluten free.

Just check the box for GF and pay an extra dollar. The first time I got sick I thought maybe it was a coincidence, but the second time I got really ill as well. Won't be trying a third time.

Great food! Worth the stop. Large variety of GF items.

The waitress seemed to understand I was celiac but unfortunately I got really sick from here - I had a spring roll that seemed to be a rice wrapper but maybe they don't have a dedicated fryer? Maybe steer clear of deep fried things.
I'm so excited to have found this place! Food is great, we'll priced and they understand Celiac! I haven't gotten sick here.

No nonsense - GF is a simple concept for both Van Son locations and accommodate without issue. Not sure it’s a dedicated fryer - I believe they pan fry the GF items (e.g. spring rolls).
Great staff lots of options including gluten free spring rolls!
