This place is amazing! I mentioned my celiac and they took out a new tub of ice cream, fresh scoop and my server washed her hands (wore gloves) like she was about to perform surgery! So grateful for their safety procedures. Oh and the ice cream is absolutely delicious!!
Told them my son had celiac and they gave us a GF menu, got a new tub, washed hands and scoop, and wore gloves to prepare. My son loved what he got!
They did a great job handling an allergy even during a busy post-dinner time rush. All 3 employees were knowledgeable and it was clear that they had procedures in place to keep people with allergies safe. They had a list of ingredients as well as a clear yes/no gluten list for every flavor they have. They thoroughly washed hands and then went to get a new tub from the freezer, changed gloves, had a new clean scooper, and then also got a new cup and spoon from a closet and not the container out on the counter.

I was so relieved about how they handled my child’s gluten allergy. They opened an entire new container of ice cream, washed hands and used a new clean scooper to serve her. There were not as many ice cream options that could be opened new because it was later in the evening, but my daughter and I were still very pleased!
Despite the long, long lines, the employees checked the ingredients, looked at a chart, throughly washed hands, used a new scoop, and got ice cream from a brand new tub. Very comfortable eating there!
It is awesome ice cream! They are super aware of celiac disease and how to make of safe for people like me!
Got ice cream here twice while on vacation. Both times the staff kindly switched gloves, opened a brand new tub of ice cream and used a new scooper. Had mint chocolate chip and cherry vanilla. The ice cream is so creamy and delicious! I am incredibly sensitive celiac and had zero affects.
This is an ice cream shop that offers gluten free flavors. The staff was happy to explain their manufacturing process. They also shared what practices were in place to lessen the risk of cross contamination when ice cream is served.

When I informed them about my son’s celiac, they were extremely precaution taking his ice cream from a previously unopened container of ice cream, washing hands, changing gloves and scoopers. Super accommodating!
Delicious ice cream! Lots of clearly labeled choices on their allergen menu and when i told them they had celiacs they took of gloves / washed hands / got new gloves / got a fresh scooper.

They were busy when we got there. We told them our son has a “wheat allergy” and she said “No problem, we will get a fresh container, change gloves and clean the milkshake machine.” We didn’t have to ask, she told us the protocol (and also washed her hands). We felt very safe and will take our son with celiac again.
Workers made me feel very safe and were very well educated about what to do for gluten free customers.
