De pinsa salame genomen. Zag er heel goed uit en was heel lekker! Werd geserveerd op een houten plank, maar er lag een papiertje op, zodat de pinsa de plank niet raakte. Ook heel lekker homemade lemonade! Alleen geen gv dessert :( Ennnnnnn een paar uur later heftig gereageerd op het eten, dus mogelijks toch geen 100% gv pinsa? Ik vermoed dat ze het tegen hebben uitgerold met gewone bloem of zo...
We had the gluten free pinsa and it wasn't served in a foil pan, like other vapianos do. It was smaller than usual and we both reacted afterwards. It was definitely contaminated. Never again. It's not celiac friendly.
Diverse glutenvrije opties aangegeven op de (digitale) menukaart. Gekozen voor een pasta en een pinsa. Beide waren erg lekker en nergens last van gehad. En dat terwijl ik erg gevoelig reageer.
False celiac friendly in my opinion. They have a dish with tomato sauce that they get with a spoon and spread over the pizza. Same dish, sauce and spoon far all pizzas, either gluten-free or not. Contamination at its finest.
Did feel sick the day after.
The chef was super careful when preparing my pasta. He changed gloves and used all new utensils. He even refused to assist another chef who needed his help handling some bread because he knew I was coeliac. Watching him prepare the dish in front of my eyes was also great for peace of mind! Very impressed with the level of understanding, especially considering I don’t even speak German.
Gluten free pasta and pizza. Used same knife when cutting garlic and chicken. Did get sick.

I had the pinsa after reading all the good reviews. I didnt see them take any precautions though. It was delicious, but I got glutened.
Had mushroom risotto which was fine. The added chicken is a bit pathetic. They were lazy and unhelpful with allergens and cross contamination. I would not return to this location.
gluten free pizza available. Pizza was okay but costed 1.5€ more and was smaller than the normal one which is annoying. Service was nice and also possibility to sit outside.
Expensive and bad service. Only option is pizza or salad, and my pizza tasted and looked like he first ones L used to get when I was diagnosed 20 years ago. I used to travel to Germany for work and Vapiano was my favorite. They used to have stations for pizza, pasta, risotto, etc. and you could order directly with the cooks. This one has one of those electronic ordering boards so you have no idea what they are doing. My pizza and my wife’s pasta were both cold when we got them, and we had to go and ask for our drinks after waiting a good 25 minutes. Disappointed as we were looking forward to it and it was convenient next to our hotel. Good choice if you are there, but again, we were not satisfied with the food quality or the service. FYI, my pizza was almost 20 euros.
The glutenfri pinsa/pizza was the best thing during our visit. The ordinary pasta dishes were not that good.
