Don’t bother. Food options are limited to begin with. They could care less that I had dietary restrictions.

Tried to eat breakfast here but was flatly turned away. Very disappointed that zero effort was made for me to be able to eat in the hotel I’m staying in. This will dictate my next accommodation choice as well.

Ordered a burger on lettuce at the pool bar and got violently ill after. Do not order here ever. Go to Aria if you need a quick meal and get Burger Lounge — you can get a bun and fries from separate fryer!

I looked the menu and asked if there were any gluten free options. I was told "no".

No gluten free food options from the kitchen. Only the grocery section. Funny they have frozen GF pizzas but the hotel rooms don't have ovens, only microwaves. They said they are reworking the menu, but it might be awhile.

Wellll don't come - after a 15 min walk I learned that they don't make gf pancakes anymore & only offer "gf friendly" :(

Located inside the Vdara Hotel lobby. Great for a quick meal. They serve breakfast and lunch with a GF Menu. The pancakes were great and served with real maple syrup. Easy to get food to go and there is also a small store with GF snacks.
