This place is awesome, and there are loads of GF options, and each dish is highly customizable (add/remove veggies fake meat, make GF, etc). That said BE CAREFUL when ordering. The set up is that there is an Ipad on the table to submit an order to the kitchen, and a server does not come by the table to take your order. We put in an order for fried rice, indicated a Gluten allergy, requested the dish be GF, and added fake BBQ pork. We got the dish, BBQ "pork" and all, it was fantastic, we scarfed down half of it, and then the server came out to tell us "Uh, we saw that you ordered this dish gluten free, but we wanted to let you know that the BBQ pork is made from Wheat gluten. Is that a problem?". Yes, it was a problem. They remade the dish for us without the BBQ "pork", and luckily we aren't celiac, but it led to a very uncomfortable evening and next couple of days.
I would recommend double checking your order with the waitstaff before submitting, and being extra careful depending on your level of sensitivity. Otherwise this place is amazing and delicious, and its definitely a new favorite.
