Great options. Vegan mozzarella. I'm not sure I would say it celiac friendly bc they cut the pizzas with the same cutters. Pizza was pretty good....and they get it out speedily
Ordered the GF crust, skipped cheese entirely (lactose intolerant), loaded veggies, etc. Based on my post-dinner reaction, I'm pretty sure the coarse semolina-textured flour I felt on my fingers was, indeed, semolina (used for dusting the surface).
Excellent GF crust baked in a real pizza oven
First time trying this place while visiting DC. The gluten free crust has a good flavor. They add $2 for the GF crust but everyone seems to charge extra for GF options. They are all 8" personal pizzas. Fresh local farm and some organic ingredients. They make it in front of you so you can ask them to change ladles for the sauce and such.
