The man at the counter taking go out order was super knowledgeable and made sure everyone changed their gloves. He said the chips were in a separate fryer and someone with celiac who works there eats them. I had the nachos and they were super good and I had no reaction!

Wanted to try this place but the menu clearly states the chips are fried in shared oil. We went to Boqueria in the same shopping center.

The employer who greeted us was very helpful and explained that we had options for both kid & gluten free choices and that they could customize almost anything on the menu to make it gluten-free. I was very grateful, and my daughters were very happy.

Numerous people on staff have celiac relatives. They have a designated fryer, but it goes down sometimes. Just make sure to let them know you’re celiac and they can let you know if the chips are safe. I usually get the brisket nachos because I know no part would be prepared on a shared surface but it’s highly likely they’d prepare a celiac’s tacos on a separate surface. Really nice staff

Chicken Tikka taco and salmon taco we're delicious! The guac was fresh and the chips were safe/came from a bag. I would recommend this place if you eat salmon or chicken; if not, there aren't options for you.

Got the salmon tacos from GF menu. Mighttt have gotten a bit of a reaction from them. Could’ve been something else but quite likely these.

Menu clearly indicated gluten free from gluten friendly. Some good gluten free options and friendly/knowledgeable staff.

Tacos were good, but if you are celiac, all sides are off limits due to a shared fryer. I am extremely sensitive and had no reactions from the tacos I had. GF menu available, just make sure you pay attention to what goes into the shared fryer.

Items are marked gluten free and you can ask for a separate gf menu; however, all the sides are prepped in a shared fryer despite being marked gf, and I’m fairly certain that there is not a dedicated space for gf prep for the other items. I’m gluten intolerant and my husband isn’t, but we somehow both got ill after eating here. (Me worse than him.) The food tasted good, but eat at your own risk. We won’t go back.

They have a few options for GF. I ordered the salmon tacos and they were phenomenal. I was going to order a side of nachos but saw in small writing on the bottom of the menu that they were fried in a shared fryer. The cashier that took my order was super nice and had the assembly line change gloves when my order was being made. Would definitely eat here again.

I would not recommend this to anyone with celiac— maybe gluten intolerant if you can handle cross contamination. I got very sick after eating here. The shared space in the kitchen was not cleaned so the items I ate that were marked gluten free still made me very sick.
