Based on reviews we went here for lunch. We went before noon in hoping to beat a lunch “rush”. Covid rules have you order and then wait outside. They specified my order as allergy and I was told it would be prepared in a separate location with GF bread and knives for cutting and that the person making my sandwich would wear clean gloves. Condiments are in squeeze bottles so no cross contamination from dipping and spreading. Most important, the sandwich was delicious and I felt fine after eating. Win!!

Only tried the two veggie sandwiches but they were delicious. The sandwich bread is nice and big and delicious. Next time I’ll add avocado or some sides because it was a very light meal. I read online that the sides are also gluten free but the order taker didn’t know and I was in a hurry so I didn’t push. You can choose either “gluten free” or “gluten free-with an allergy” for special preparation.

Great sandwiches and GF bread! Their website states their meats and condiments are all GF. You can also make any sandwich a salad.

Been here a couple of times. No problems, they ask it's an allergy. Amazing sandwiches!

Awesome place, absolutely delicious! At first it seems scary because duh, it’s a sandwich shop- bread everywhere. But if you let them know its an allergy or celiac then they will use a dedicated space and gloves to prevent cross contamination. I had a delicious turkey club on gf bread and didn’t have any problem at all. Found this place on accident with non-gluten free friends and was happily surprised!
