Versalia @ Kendall Arms location was THE BOMB!! I had their GF Daily Special 10” pizza and can’t wait to go back and have more! Tastiest pizza crust I’ve had in the PNW in my 3 years of eating GF

Their GF crust is delicious. 10” would be a little small for two people, if you’re at all hungry. My celiacs partner had no difficulties after eating.

Versalia Pizza Kendall Yards gluten-free menu
By far the best gluten free pizza I’ve had in Spokane! They make the crust in house and it’s delicious.
Gluten free in house made crust! A 2towns cider, and an added bonus, puppies on the patio (they even have a water bowl)

It’s called “Versalia Pizza” now. It appears unchanged though, except the name.

I’ve had a lot of gf pizzas and none taste like their pizza. It’s different and super satisfying. Now the kids are off on their own, I can start having non gf pizzas and I have to tell you, their gf pizza is a top pick.

Celiac

I am leery of characterizing this place as celiac friendly because they bake the gluten free pizzas in the brick oven with the other pizzas; however, I have celiac disease and ate there and did not get sick. That said, the pizza crust is thin and crispy. The red sauce is the best sauce I’ve had a restaurant. The 10” gluten free pizza is a good size and is filling. The homemade lemonade is perfectly mixed - not too sweet, not too tart.

Wow what’s pizza! I would have to say this was by far the best gf pizza I’ve eaten on 2 coasts. Great flavor combinations, the staff was knowledgeable and attentive. Fabulous view and can accommodate a large party comfortably! They also have outdoor seating and a pretty extensive on tap selection and poured drinks. We tried the gf 2 towns cider which was excellent!

The best GF pizza I have had outside of Italy! Definite risk of cross contamination, but they take care not to.

My very favorite pizza in all of Spokane. The crust is incredible and you do not feel like you are being left out when other people are eating regular pizza. My favorite is the green Dalia + sausage. It is a gluten-free crust, but it does get cooked on the same wood fire grill as a regular pizzas.

Called the restaurant to talk about cross contamination. Had a good conversation with a person who actually makes the gluten free dough. Felt great about what he said. The pizza was excellent and I didn't get sick. Will be going there again.

This was probably the best GF pizza I have ever had. Crust was thin, but chewy. Toppings were amazing! I've tried many pizzas over the 9+ years I have been gluten intolerant and this gets my top rating!
