Review of Via 313 Pizza

Their gluten free pizza is the best I've ever had. It's Chicago style, deep dish, that is perfectly crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. If you gave someone this pizza, there is no way they would know it is gluten free. They note *gluten allergy on your order and take every caution to avoid cross contamination. My daughter, whose celiac disease is extremely sensitive, had never had an issue with their GF pizza or GF bread sticks. Very highly recommend.
