Beware just because it says gf does not mean they use gf ingredients! My gf pizza had gluten toppings on it
Went here on a whim based on a few reviews I read and have to say it was one of the best ideas ever, the gluten-free pizza was amazing! I honestly can’t believe how light and fluffy and area it is and crisp. The edges are, just like real pizza is saying a lot! Highly recommend
Wow. Just wow. So good. I ordered the cheesy bread, the omnivore and the cinnamon sticks.😍😍😋 absolutely the best tasting Gf pizza. I cannot wait to visit Utah again! I am very sensitive celiac and I know there is a chance for cross contamination because it's a pizza place. All my food came out marked. They were as careful as they could be.
Oh. My. Goodness! First time here and it was amazing! Bear met us at the door and explained the detailed protocol for GF orders. I have Celiac and am super sensitive (get sick really easy within 20 min if CC occurs) and felt safe to eat here; writing this review a day later and I’m not sick at all. Anthony was our server and was very informed as well and took great care of me. I had the cheese bread, the Cadillac pizza (so good) and the cinnamon sticks. So freaking good! My new go to for pizza.
Gluten free deep dish pizza! I can’t believe how delicious their gluten-free pizza and cheese bread is! It’s super light and fluffy crust was a very welcome surprise. Toppings were quality and delicious. Best pizza I’ve had in 13 years since I became gluten free.
They were very careful and knowledgeable they have so many options and their cinnamon rolls are amazing and GF I have celiac and am very sensitive and this was perfect!
Amazing, amazing crust and toppings! When I ordered gluten-free, the server asked if it was an allergy so they could be sure to avoid cross contamination. I was seated near the prep area and the kitchen took care every step of the way. It arrived at my table marked with a GF flag. The service was great, food was spectacular. I’ve been to several locations now and this has been my experience consistently. Some may say it’s a little pricey but worth every penny for this slice of heaven!!
Horrible service in Riverton. I spent 1 hr waiting for my pizza and my husbands pizza. We hadn’t even been served a drink after waiting an hour and ordering. After an hour we decided to leave since we had waited long enough. Half of the people in the restaurant were waiting for their orders. They said they make the pizza in a separate area but I couldn’t stand to wait any longer to eat. Maybe the Orem location has better service.
I have an email from the company saying that while they use separate pans for their gf dough, they do not use separate toppings. So, there is cross contamination. I confirmed this with the store manager. I would not eat here as a celiac. The one near Provo seems to understand it better and will use separate ingredients for you.
My wife is the one with celiac so this about how she felt. She’s been there twice. The first time she was fine. The second time was the worst she’s been sick since being diagnosed. We ordered 4 GF pizzas among our family so nothing with gluten. My only guess is based on how sick she was they must’ve given us a full gluten pizza. Great food, love the idea of gluten free but not sure the execution was great.
