Arrived around 10am for breakfast and the waitlist quickly grew! Was lucky enough to snag a patio table after the threat of rain went away. The menu is well marked for GF and my waitress was good at explaining how other dishes could be made GF. (Not a dedicated GF fryer, but glad the plantains could be pan fried separately.) Delicious!

Although there are only 2 entrees listed as gluten free on the menu, nearly everything is gluten free if you get it without bread, yuca, or plantains. They pan-fried my plantains to prevent CC - delicious! Someone other than our server brought out the food, and said "who has the gluten allergy?". They clearly take steps to keep the food separate and safe. I did not have a reaction to the food.
