Food is decent but since you order through a tablet there is no way to specify food allergies. I saw someone prepping food switching between handling corn and flour tortillas without changing gloves. High level of cross-contamination possibilities.

Ordered off the gluten free menu and when my dish came I made sure it was gluten free... they said “umm... well it should be” not convincingly so they asked the cook who also didn’t know (if she didn’t know then I figured there likely is cross contamination).... needless to say I didn’t eat it as I didn’t want to get sick and go on an airplane

Chorizo tacos were fantastic! Tasted the shrimp and pork and those were excellent as well. Never have had airport food this good! Thank you Texas and Vida Taqueria for doing it so well!

Terminal C at IAH airport. Didn't have time to order, but very specific gluten free menu. Always hard to find something in airport.
