Review of Viet Kitchen

The food is great! We brought our son here for lunch not knowing if he could have much, if anything, on the menu. The soy sauce on the table was Kikkoman, which contains wheat, and they do use the same kind when cooking. That scared me. He found something on the menu that he liked so I asked how it was prepared and if we could get it gluten free. The staff were quite knowledgeable and were very clear about what they could and couldn't prepare gluten free. We ordered spring rolls for an appetizer and, when our server brought them, she made sure to tell us that our son could have the rolls but not the peanut sauce because it was made with hoisin sauce. He ordered the Grilled Chicken and Shrimp with Steamed Rice (sans the chicken because they couldn't prepare it GF) and he loved it!
