This place is SOOOO good. My BF and I had the “Viet Iced Coffee" which was a huge hit(GF and Vegan free). We later came back for dinner. The owner/manager working was super thorough with the precautions they would take to make my dish GF. It really makes someone like me feel confident Im not gunna get gluten-fied and I didnt! I had the Baos but subbed rice)- the flavor was out of this world. My BF had banh mi sandwich which he devoured. They separated our food too (into 2 bags and labeled them). I honestly have 100% faith in this establishment that they not only substitute to make dishes GF but they also take the precautions for any cross contamination of gluten.

Great experience. Food is a nice healthy lunch option. They have a dedicated counter with no gluten but you should still ask them to make sure.

DELICIOUS!!!!! Was sooo easy to order, everything is labeled GF or V. It’s so hard to eat when you’re GF and vegetarian. This place made it so so easy. Wish I lived here so I could dine here regularly!! The spicy peanut GF noodles and vegan pho broth was amazing.

Staff here are so knowledgeable, most of the menu is gluten free naturally, and they make sure you select the sauces that are safe. Love the summer rolls with shrimp!

Delicious, fresh, and healthy Vietnamese-inspired food. The menu clearly lists items that are gluten free and vegan. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and takes food allergies seriously. There is a counter in the prep area that is used only for gluten free items. They will also clean the prep area before preparing your food if you have Celiac and are concerned about potential cross contamination since they are not a 100% gluten free facility. The pho, summer rolls, and vermicelli noodle salad are all naturally gluten free. All of their sauces are now gluten free too. They have a dairy free option for their Vietnamese iced coffee that is made with coconut milk. So tasty! I will return every time I'm in Evanston!
