We eat at Villa Gallace all the time and they are extremely accommodating for our family members with Celiac Disease. They offer gluten free pasta and have gluten free flour to coat many of their pan seared dishes such as chicken Marsala, piccata, etc. I would highly recommend this restaurant. The wait staff is very knowledgeable. It’s best to avoid their busiest nights, only because they take cross contamination seriously and the gluten free items take a little longer to prepare.
