It’s a wonderful restaurant for Italian food but not at all celiac safe. Shared oven and I saw the staff touch grab multiple different toppings with their flour covered hands. They didn’t change their gloves to make the salads either. They have never heard of celiac’s disease and were trying to be kind and understand what was being explained but simply didn’t get it. Not trying to bash this establishment, they seem like good people but of you are looking for celiac safe GF food, this is not it.
Small but present dedicated GF menu! Called at a busy time and they still were able to explain the GF Pizza -- they don't make it themselves, they buy it premade and it comes in its own tin. I added a topping (eggplant) thru the Slice app and they called back to let me know it wasn't GF and gave the option to put something else. All in all a good experience now that I know I have Celiac from one of my favorite pizza places!
The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly & helpful! I would say this places is better for gluten allergies or intolerances versus celiac friendly.
