Incredible selection - gluten free coffee cake and almond ring! Bread, rolls, cookies, cup cakes and donuts - everything I've tried has been great! If you are anywhere near this bakery, you should visit - staff very friendly and helpful as well
AMAZING!!!! Everything is delicious and gluten free... Coming from Rochester NY- worth the drive! Cookies, sandwiches, donuts, pizza, birthday cake! Cannot wait for our next trip
I was visiting from out of town and made sure I stopped here after trying the peanut donuts I'd found in the frozen section at Tops that were delicious. Everything I tried was very good. I got hamburger rolls, a cupcake and a cookie. The only reason why I am not giving 5 stars is because of the pricing which seemed high after having visited another dedicated gluten free bakery in WNY prior to coming here.
High sugar content but that makes it taste good! Have to give 5 stars if only for their donuts! Peanuts on a plain donut has always been one of my favorites anyway. Other than that, their cupcakes, half moons, and most other baked goods taste like the same flour mix and frosting base. I like it but some might not. Definitely try what they have around the holidays as they have way more options in December. Call ahead for donut options or just stop in, I’m sure they’ll have something for you to try!
Just stopped at the bakery on a visit to Buffalo and I took a bag of baked goods home with me. It was great to walk into the bakery and know I could try anything since it is all gluten free. The almond pastry was delicious! I also tried a doughnut, cottage bread, kaiser rolls and bread crumbs. All of them were tasty and have the consistency you want for rolls and breads! Can't wait to go back next time I'm in town and try more baked goods! Price-wise, most GF foods costs more than regular, but here you're getting fresh baked goods!
the gluten free treats there are amazing. they have a bunch of gluten free stuff. I love their half moon cookies.
Wow- the most amazing raspberry and/or Almond danish. Cupcakes are wonderful. Yummy bread! Very Celiac safe! Frozen case has 4" carrot cakes and other cakes... They make some delicious looking cakes. They are in many stores and I wish they were out west. Wonderful owners and staff.
I went in to check out their in-store selection after trying some item bought in local supermarkets; one of the co-owner was very welcoming and offered a free sample of a freshly baked doughnut! My mouth was water with the beautiful display and many goodies to choose from. Great care and attention, just a little pricey....but we'll worth it!
This is my favorite bakery of all time. Everything there is honestly amazing! Their bread is some of the best bread I've ever eaten. Their cupcakes are AMAZING. You can even order birthday cakes or cookie cakes for special occasions, which blows my mind. Before, I would just have to make my own, but not anymore! I have also tried their chocolate chip cookies, which are very crunchy and go perfectly with tea. Their jangle cookies are honestly some of my all time favorite cookies. I've also gotten their cottage bread, and it is SO H*CKIN' good. Last but not least, I have gotten their almond ring and it is so good that I honestly cannot stop eating it no matter what I do. This place is hands down my favorite gluten free bakery. Also the staff here is SO NICE and SO WONDERFUL. I would recommend this place to everyone, gluten free eaters or not. I saw some reviews talking about it being pricey, but the thing is all gluten free products are more expensive then the regular stuff. I thought the prices were very fair here. :)
Bought their cottage bread, excellent. First gluten free bread I tried that I liked. Also their chocolate chip cookies, a little hard and rolls were good. Will be back.
First experience - good and bad. Vanilla cupcake with orange frosting was good. Bought frozen bags of hot dog and hamburger buns. Very pricey at $7-$8 each. Tried a hot dog bun and found it extremely dry! Disappointing.
I agree that they are overpriced but have excellent sweets. Cottage bread is the best bread product they make. This is a 100% gluten free bakery so I'm not sure why someone else claimed it wasn't. Their status should be updated in this app.
I've bought their breads, rolls, and pastries for years. Excellent choices, delicious, and safe. I love it.
Great bakery! Cured my sweet tooth!! We are limited for places to go for good cupcakes, pies, etc... This is a must go to for us. The only negative they are not open to long in the evening..although some of there goods are available in the supermarket. I like getting mine from the original place
over priced and everything I bought was stale
so expensive but good
overpriced. bread $9.95 a loaf. we buy much cheaper but drive a lot longer. to compensate we phone ahead and order 12 loafs at a time. bread freezes very good and tastes great when defrosted.
I used to like this place until my friend bought what they thought was a gf pie from there, but apparently it wasn't. I had no idea they made non gluten free baked goods at their bakery. Needles to say my friend got very sick. I'll go to the other bakery which I know it's 100% gf.
Baked goods are wonderful. Bread($9.75)is good and frozen pizza($15.95)is excellent. But, they are way overpriced!
Good, but so overpriced, many better options for good gluten free goods in the area that are priced much more reasonably.
The bread is good but not amazing. Their hotdog rolls are very dry but their desserts are very good. Everything was way over priced. I have been to other gluten free bakeries and their products are almost half the price! The staff was very friendly and educated on what exactly goes into their products, but again very over priced!
Great bread products, though very expensive. Excellent coffee cakes and good doughnuts and cakes. Cookies are hit or miss. Dedicated facility!
So great! I'd have to type all day to list all of the awesome stuff they make. It's all good! And they're so friendly!
I love love LOVED this place!!! My hubby and I were passing through on our little roadtrip and found this bakery through this app. You will NOT regret driving the extra miles to this place. The owner and the staff was extremely nice. They don't serve coffee but when we asked if they sell any, she said no but offered us some coffee that the staff drinks for no extra charge. We bought a bunch of goodies and she offered us some goodies to just try and take home with us after we were done buying. They have a very friendly family atmosphere and are very educated in baking and celiac.
Very nice and they have a good selection of gf baked goods.
Love this place! Their baked goods taste like "the real thing" ;) We just got a whole bunch of pasties and coffee cake from them for Christmas morning and it was all amazing. Also I have yet to find such good gf baked goods other places, so I don't mind paying more here for the quality. It makes me feel less deprived of good food and less depressed about my condition, so it's worth the cost for me right now. Granted, I don't go there everyday, but I will definitely give them my business.
This is a low volume business due to the niche it is serving and non cross contamination. Therefore I understand and completely agree with their pricing. The dairy free option is also outstanding. Cupcakes that aren't even gluten free are $6 at bakeries in WNY. To me my health and time are worth the money plus I appreciate her efforts to offer fresh products. To rate based upon price shows me that those rating have not had much experience purchasing at bakeries at all.
The only thing I can say negative is the price is a bit high for a loaf of bread = BUT their bread is SO tasty that I will be back. AND the lady that runs it is a sweety and funny and a charmer !
pricey yes but they also offer dairy free on some items as well. imo you get what you pay for. I still shop around.
love their bread. the cakes are dry in my opinion and too expensive.
Though products are good, very expensive for the items, basically just substituting the flour with non wheat flour, my advice is to shop around.
Although Vin-Chet Bakery offers tasty gluten free options. They are pricey. They charged me $4.00 per cup cake.
great food and service.
Decent baked goods, but at these prices we will go without! Why on earth is a tiny cake $30? Is it made out of gold? For a very special occasion maybe, but I can get comparable GF baked goods at other places for half the price.
Although the fold is delicious VERY PRICY, paid 40$ for a tiny carrot cake. Won't go back
Highest quality baked goods, now have a large selection, best rolls in WNY They are GF certified and even have gf pizza either pre-baked or ready to bake at home.
Great baked goods very expensive
