Knowledgeable about gluten free offerings. Happy to substitute items to make your salad GF. Menu clearly marked, and they were careful to avoid cross contamination. I’ll be back!

Celiac friendly?

Yes

I love Vinaigrette, but it's gotten quite pricey.

The bread is at the end of the line, so it's nice that you can put all of your salad together.

Be careful with the dry toppings. That's the biggest risk of CC that I see so I always check to make sure there are no obvious signs of CC there.

An abundance of natural light provides the ambiance for perfect portions of salads and soups at Vinaigrette Salad Kitchen. Fresh flavors and healthy eating combine to satisfy diners conscious for both goals. My favorite is the classic chicken salad, add feta and blackberry sorghum dressing. They have gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options clearly marked on the menu. Fresh gloves are worn for each customer, and they take care to not reuse tongs to toss salads. Their seasonal lemonade rotates just about every week with a new flavor option, but my go-to is the Bluegrass Breeze iced tea. Helpful staff, convenient parking, and outdoor seating round out the experience. Do yourself a favor and put this restaurant on your list of places to visit in the Upper Highlands!

I had celiac disease and they have many salad options the are gluten free and several soup. Had eaten from several different locations and never got sick.
