My daughter has CD and I thought we were safe with the cheese, salami and grilled chicken w/sauce. The server said all of it was GF, but she soon rushed to the toilet with diarrhea right before our plane left. Be careful.

I am celiac: I put my order in and chef came out to double check the “gluten free” tag on my order. The tomato bisque does start with a roux and is not gfree. However, he recommended the pork taco w corn tortilla, salmon rolls in lettuce cups, and two others (I believe the cheese plate).

knowledgeable staff able to make gf options available even though none noted on the menu. had charcuterie board sans bread and while pricey airport food it was delicious
