GF bread or some vinaigrettes. Not really Gluten Friendly.
Do you not have a gluten-free menu not celiac Safe
Staff helped navigate the breakfast menu. They have several option, but I ended up with a frittata and they checked to ensure my choices were also gluten free. They did also offer to sub the English muffin with gf bread. Quieter location in the airport that doesn’t feel like a cattle rush. Chef delivered with a comment that it was prepared gf.
Uhm.. they told me they only have GF bread and nothing else was GF. Maybe it was my server?
Great options on the menu.
Server was very knowledgeable. Had several recommendations and custom built a salad for me. Roast chicken, avocado and beet salad was delicious. She and the chef both checked all the ingredients and only recommended items they were sure would not be cross-contaminated.
I was so pleased this company has come to MSP, since I had good experiences at other airports before. And now that I have to be GF, we had a good dinner (cheese plate ask for no bread and they serve it on parchment, yay!)
My daughter has CD and I thought we were safe with the cheese, salami and grilled chicken w/sauce. The server said all of it was GF, but she soon rushed to the toilet with diarrhea right before our plane left. Be careful.
Multiple gf options. Knowledgeable staff and the added bonus of wine!
Who doesn’t love wine flights?! They have quite a few salads to choose from and a few gluten free tapas. The waitress was awesome and was very clear about what was celiac safe and what wasn’t. I was so impressed! And so thankful there was actually a celiac safe place that wasn’t packed in an airport! Hard to eat in B terminal in Boston!
There’s a handful of options and the staff was knowledgeable! Tacos were delicious 😋 🌮
I am celiac: I put my order in and chef came out to double check the “gluten free” tag on my order. The tomato bisque does start with a roux and is not gfree. However, he recommended the pork taco w corn tortilla, salmon rolls in lettuce cups, and two others (I believe the cheese plate).
The new SeaTac restaurant scene is really hard for celiacs. After trying several places this was the only place that could accommodate me, and they did it great. Had the roasted chicken salad. Light fare but tasty and I won’t be sick for my whole business trip!
The to go area of Vino Volo (across from the sit down restaurant) had a huge amount of options. I’m a frequent traveler at MSP and just found this treasure. Fresh baked goods, glutino pretzels, Tates GF choc chip cookies, so much!
knowledgeable staff able to make gf options available even though none noted on the menu. had charcuterie board sans bread and while pricey airport food it was delicious
Had the chicken salad with lemon and olive oil for my dressing. The manager was very accommodating and the other staff was super friendly. Not much to choose from in this tiny airport if you can’t eat gluten. It was a great find!
no gf menu but the waitress was knowledgeable about gluten and told us everything but the bread could be made gluten free. she asked if cross contamination was an issue. I also heard hear tell the chef about our Allergy and told her to make sure nothing touched. very grateful for this airport restaurant. it is a bar so kids have to sit off the wood area. we just put his chair on the linoleum and pushed the table close. it worked out
Everyone was helpful to know what was gluten free on the menu. Just ask! I had the tomato soup and it was wonderful. The pork tacos, salad, cheese plate without crackers, tomato soup, & lamb meatballs are all gluten free.
