I love going here! It’s a easy healthy choice. Just be warned that their gluten free granola is actually just corn cereal and is absolutely awful in most smoothie bowls

Great place! The have GF certified cookies, great smoothies and juice. Their salads are great and they even have gluten free bread for their panini's. Just be sure you tell them it's a "gluten allergy" so they push the "gluten allergy" button on the order screen for your panini to make sure it's wrapped up tight in wax paper before it goes in the panini press to avoid cross contamination.
I love going here. The strawberry/spinach salad add turkey (minus the quinoa and goat cheese) is my fave--
And for dessert -- the nutty dessert bowl is chocolate/peanutbutter amazingness-- dairy free. :)
I highly recommend these two items!
Hashimotos prevents me from having gluten. This place helps keep me feeling satisfied without hurting my treatment.

Small but good smoothie and lunch-type options. Had the pesto chicken panini but in a gf wrap, it was great.
Great experience. Got the steak wrap and a few smoothies and an acai bowl. My kids and I are celiac and no issues. Great food!
Was traveling through the area, and needed a quick, healthy lunch. Ordered a Green Goddess salad, and it was VERY tasty. I’m about 2 hours out from lunch, and no signs of CC/gluten (I’m really sensitive/symptomatic).
Many of the items are marked as able to be made GF, but you’ll need to talk to the person taking the order whether your specific item can be.
Prep space is shared, but prepares take standard allergen protection practices (hand washing/glove changing, putting down parchment, and will pull new items from the freezer to minimize cross contamination (upon request).
Vitality Bowls has a great menu with healthy choices. They make everything to order so you can add or remove items. They are familiar with keeping their food celiac friendly. My salad was delicious. I will go back.
