Wonderful to find GF slices. They were careful to ask me about packaging separately from my group. It was delicious- Grandma style means a thick crust so not traditional NY style but could just get one slice so I didn’t have to break the bank just for a good gf snack

Delicious pizza. They can make any pizza GF and take good care to keep it separate. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a gluten pizza place. I would call ahead to make sure they have GF pizza ready if you just want a slice. I’ve stopped in before and they were out of GF pizza. That’s the only inconvenience. I’ve had the GF Grandma pizza many times.

This place is fantastic for regulars. but the Gf crust needs to be ordered in advance and it wasn’t actually that great. I expected better since the regular pizza is so good.

Nice to have a fast slice of GF pizza on the run but the pizza is only okay quality with thick rectangular crust (for exceptional pizza go to PizzaArte). The lemon ice was quite good.

Welp. The GF stuff hangs out in the same windows and are cooked in the same ovens as the regular pizza. Was looking forward to trying this place but had to pass. Just a heads’ up.

This is the only slice of pizza in my 9 years of having celiac as it is the only place that sells it. It also happens to be the best pizza I’ve had in those 9 years in general and I eat a ton of pizza. Miracles do happen. Also, the ices are the best. Anyone in NYC should make the trip to go here.

This isn’t celiac safe at all and I’m starting to worry about the authenticity of some of the people claiming to be celiac on this app. There was cross contamination everywhere and I got very sick

This is the only place i’ve found in Manhattan so far that sells GF pizza by the slice!!! Was so happy to come across this place. Really really delicious

I cannot speak to the safety for Celiacs, because I’m only sensitive to gluten, but the gluten-free grandma slice is WONDERFUL. They had to make it for me when I walked in (about 15-minute wait), which I didn’t mind, because it was fresh and DELICIOUS. What a treat!

Delicious and authentic! The GF grandma slice (Sicilian style) had just the right flavor and crunch. The sauce and cheese were perfect (there was a vegan option as well). Very NYC experience with the countertop and selection of drinks. Homemade Italian ices are awesome treat, too!

I'm sensitive and had no issues at all afterwards, but wouldn't be 100% confident recommending to person with Celiac since they stored the GF pizza below the gluten pizza on the shelves.

I have celiac disease and had a hard time finding gluten free food in the city. This pizza was delicious and affordable. I was really excited to have a New York piece of pizza. You can buy this pizza by the slice which was great compared to other places that require you to buy the whole pizza. Crust was fluffy and tasted like regular dough. Great experience.

Vitos gf slice is the best, have gotten an entire pie with coworkers who arent gf and even they loved it. Would 100% recommend. GF slices are cooked on foil to prevent cross contact

Y’all. Y’ALL. I don’t know how to describe how good it is to get GF pizza celiac safe that looks and tastes like this. Incredible. Fortuitous that it’s next to the hotel I’m staying at. Get you some Grandma’s, add pepperoni and eat it. Bring cash, they will appreciate it.

I was so excited to try the gluten free grandma pizza. I was not disappointed because it was AWESOME! The ingredients were fresh, delicious and hot from the oven (on a foil sheet to prevent cross contamination). My husband and I shared a refreshing lemon Italian ice. This place is worth the stop!

They offer made to order gluten-free and gluten-free & vegan pizza. My pizza was delicious and served in a separate foil packet to protect against cross contamination. This place doesn’t have a ton of seating but is a joke-in-the-wall NYC pizza shop. In a city full of pizza shops though, this one is definitely worth a visit!

As a Celiac of 18 years, this is the absolute best Sicilian style gluten free pizza I have ever tasted! It’s all homemade. The texture of the crust is unbelievably crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The tomato sauce is sweet and delicious. It’s just like the regular Sicilian pizza I used to eat as a kid, before being diagnosed. Definitely worth the trip if you’re in the NYC area. You won’t regret it!

They have yummy GF Sicilian style pizza. They only had one slice and we were in a hurry so we didn’t want to wait 20 minutes for more so we shared the one slice it was good. There is not beer at this location.

What a spectacular place! I have celiac and was traveling from out of town. Went one night for a slice. The next day I took and entire gf pizza on the train. So lucky to have great quality gf pizza.

I’ve been gluten free for about eleven years and this is the best pizza I’ve had. I’m not sure how they make the Sicilian but I wish they sold it in stores. So awesome. Best ever…however, I would not recommend for people who have celiac. There has to be some cross contamination. If you’re gluten intolerant and can tolerate cross contamination, this place is top notch.
