They were very nice and prepared my food separately with GF soy sauce. Food was great.
Restaurant made sure we could get GF meal. Staff knowledgeable and helpful. The food was good quality where you did not miss the sauces that did have gluten.
They can do GF Hibachi and the food is good. Our whole table did it with the Gf soy sauce to keep it simple and so they didn't have wait for our food to be done. The cook tried to put som teriyaki on another person in our party's (who is not celiac) chicken while our food was still on the grill so I had to quickly stop him so he didn't contaminate ours. We caught him in time. Also our waitress knew that the soup, salad and sauces would not be safe for me and my son so she made sure they weren't brought to us. But apparently (according to her), they don't all know that. I gave 3 stars because of that...and the almost teriyaki mid-step. I would just say ask a lot of questions and keep watching if you eat there. The food is good and it is fun.
