Staff was somewhat knowledgeable about gluten free. I ordered a tuna roll and the Malaysian rice noodles with chicken. I asked for gluten free and the noodles came out with no sauce, but I added their gf soy sauce and it was pretty good. I would stick with simple sushi (like sashimi, tuna, salmon) and be cautious of anything with sauce, like eel sauce or spicy mayo.
