They do, in fact, have both a dedicated, waffle maker, and dedicated fryer, so I’m not sure where the other reviewer got the idea that they don’t. I spoke with the manager before I went today to make sure. My waffle was delicious and my husband, who does not have celiac, enjoyed his as well.

I love this place! The fact that they offer GF and keto options make it safe for the whole family. Savory and sweet waffles. There’s always a long wait but worth it. Makes me feel safe to it. They know the details about GF foods.

Delicious gluten free waffle. All waffle dishes can be gluten free or vegan waffle. Staff also checked if I was also ok with the other ingredients that could be possible allergens.

So good!! One of the best gf waffles I’ve ever had, I’d go back in a heartbeat! Cleaned iron for gf waffles, and they wrote a “G” in berry syrup on my plate in order to tell my order apart from the others! I’ll definitely go back!

Staff was very knowledgeable and told me specifically what had gluten in it and how/where everything was cooked. GF Waffle was delicious!! You can also use the NoWait app, which I would recommend, especially on weekends! It is a small restaurant without much room to wait if it is busy.

They clean the irons before cooking the gluten dairy free waffles. Had almond milk for my coffee. Will be back.

Delicious eggwhite omelet. My gluten free waffle was delicious. The wait staff was wonderful and well informed!

Love the waffles, hate the wait. Would be great if they could get more space. It's one of the few places I can get breakfast, but they don't offer much gf. ie can't get home fries :(. Just make wait staff fully aware of your allergy/disease and ask for special accommodation when it comes to preparing your waffle.

I called and inquired about gluten free options and cross contamination. They said that they use the same waffle makers for both gluten and gluten free waffles. If you have Celiac disease, I would not recommend.

Loved this place. The gluten free waffle was huge and delicious! Didn't get sick! Hooray!

Not sure on degree of cross contamination but they do list gluten free waffles and other such items on their menu. In addition, they offer customizable omelets. Soy milk an option for the dairy free people.

Staff is very knowledgeable about their menu - if the kitchen is unsure about an item and whether or not it’s gluten free they will ask you. With severe reactions from celiac disease, I have not reacted once after being to Waffles Incaffeinated multiple times

I had the Breakfast Magic waffle and it was delicious. The only slight problem was the egg wasn’t as warm as I would have liked it. No issues after eating.
