I used to eat here often but the last time I went (a year or so ago), the manager informed me that the "gluten free" rice noodles are cooked in the same water as the gluten-containing noodles (I had never been informed of this before, despite always notifying the waiter that I was celiac). They also stopped labeling any options as "gluten free" on the menu some time before that. Maybe they've improved their practices since then (I haven't been back), but I would advise celiacs to ask a lot of questions and speak with the manager if they're going to try to eat anything here.
No
The gluten free items were not clearly marked in the menu and while the staff understood how to handle the order, my food came out SIGNIFICANTLY later than the rest of the table. And the vegetables didn't taste cooked enough. Not to mention, I waited another 5 minutes or so for gluten free soy sauce. Also, no one apologized for the extra long, 20 minutes or more after the rest of my party had been served, wait. The food sucked and the wait staff was mediocre, at best. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time with either unless you have the time and don't care about any of the reasons for going to a restaurant!
The waitress provided me with a menu with all GF dishes circled. She was very helpful and ensured that all my dietary restrictions were accounted for. The food was yummy, service was great, and it was very inexpensive.
There is only one gluten free sauce, so you better like that one. I ended up with horribly bland plain chicken on plain rice.
No
Wagamama used to have gluten free options listed on the menu and they decided to take them off. The only gluten free options are 1 soup with rice noodles or a stirfry dish made without soy sauce. The staff are accommodating, but the food is very bland without any flavoring.
Waiters know what to suggest from the full menu. Made to order, checked by a manager, no added cost for the GF option and tastes good.
Yes
No GF menu but attentive servers who explain what can be made gluten-free. Quite a lot of options and very tasty.
Fresh ingredients, flavorful, they always get a manager to confirm the gf options
Great for gluten free options. Can adapt dishes with gluten free noodles. Good cross contamination processes. Manager takes the order and they are very careful. My 7 year old loves it here.

Lovely food and know about allergens. Was told that the food would be prepared separately by a senior chef.
