Before going gluten free Wagamama was one of my favourite restaurants and I loved going there with family and friends. But their service for food allergies and intolerances is abysmal. Their gluten free menu is tiny, they refuse to have anyone but a manager take your order if you are gluten free, which feels very othering, and they have brought me the non-gluten free option before by accident. I would never recommend Wagamama to anyone with a gluten intolerance

Great for gluten free options. Can adapt dishes with gluten free noodles. Good cross contamination processes. Manager takes the order and they are very careful. My 7 year old loves it here.

Wagamamas is always good for gluten free only the manager can take your order and they take cross contamination very seriously. It has its own gluten free menu. One of the best restaurants.

Lovely food and know about allergens. Was told that the food would be prepared separately by a senior chef.
