Took off a star because there weren't a ton of options but the food was good and the servers were cautious. Didnt get sick!

I had the chicken ramen with rice noodles. It was delicious. They had to substitute the marinated chicken for plain, which was fine for me. I only wanted ramen, so I didn’t ask about other menu items. I had no negative issues at all.

Not like other wagamamas. They told me the only dish that doesn’t use wheat containing soy sauce was fried rice with shrimp and some veggies so that is what I got. It tasted okay but mostly rice and not what I was looking forward to it. Hey I didn’t get sick though

Rice noodles can be substituted for almost every dish. Anything teriyaki or soy sauce can be substituted with tamari. I had itame, delicious green curry.

So many gluten free options here! I ordered the Pad Thai with tofu and veggies, which they made for me with gluten free soy sauce. They also have GF soy sauce out on all of the tables.

Gluten free menu. However not much choice - but a small choice is better than no choice. Waiting staff have a tablet which lists all allergens

I have 20+ food intolerances and the manager was very patient trying to chose the best dish for me. I ended up having a dish without sauce as we were not sure of the full list of ingredients in there but it was still flavourfull thanks to all the herbs and ginger. I felt very safe thank you!
