Great range of options and everything is clearly labelled. They ask if you have an allergy and add little allergy flags to the food so you can be sure they’ve made sure your meal is allergen free specifically.

We had guac and chips, chicken tacos and beef tacos. All was delicious - potentially a bit on the smaller side for portions for the price but was tasty regardless!

Gluten "sensitive" menu available BUT if you're actually celiac (like me), read carefully, as they do list cross-contaiminated items (ie. gluten free potatoes that are cooked in a fryer that gluten items have also been fried in).

That said: my tacos and salsa flyte with chips were excellent and the mango/habernero sauce is addictive 😊

I was given a gluten free menu and talked through it. They have a selection for no contamination and a selection for those who are on with contamination. Manager took my order. Very tasty food. Although a very long wait for drinks and food and it all came at very different times. Only option for desert was ice cream, whilst everyone else has churros :( Also extremely busy so a reservation Very much needed!

This place was amazing! They had a separate gluten-free menu, with many great options. The manager came out and took my order, ensuring they kept me separate, and the food came out with a little flag indicating that I had an allergy. Contrary to the other review, the food took ~4 minutes to come out, and they bring it out at different times because they give it to you fresh and hot from being made. The prices were quite reasonable as well, in my opinion. Loved it!!

Long waiting time, the food arrived at different times, more than 10 minutes between our dishes for two people. The side dish came first and was cold before we got the main dishes. However, the tacos tasted very good! We had two waiters, and the responsibility was a bit unclear, we first got tacos wit red flag (gluten allergy) from one waiter, but the last tacos was without flag, from the other waiter. A bit later, the other waiter came with the tacos with red flag that we should have. Otherwise, they seemed educated regarding gluten, maybe it was just an extra stressful day.

So delicious!! I'm a coeliac and have eaten here for years. When you order they will have the manager come over to explain gluten-free/allergens and contamination. The manager takes allergen orders and then the food comes out with allergen flags. My favourite restaurant!

Gluten free menu was very extensive and very helpful. It differentiated food that could be eaten by celiacs and by people with gluten intolerances. We were waited on and served by the manager. Truly delicious food. I would definitely come back here again

Very knowledgeable staff and the managers were super helpful. I was happy to find overlaps between their GF and Vegan menus.

The food was good (guac and GF tortilla chips, Mexico Bowl, & raspberry sorbet) and the space has cool decor. Portions are small but prices are fair.

I was slightly gassy so I’m not sure if it was CC related or something else. However, they are aware and make all efforts but do admit they cannot make any guarantees.

This place does a great job of assuring celiacs get a safe and delicious meal. There is a separate GF menu with plenty of options, and the staff are very knowledgeable about celiacs disease and proper cross-contamination procedures. They even ask up front when you request a GF menu if you are celiac and the food comes with a little flag in it, denoting it as gluten free. I ate here several times while visiting London and felt confident in the safety of the food, making it easier to relax and enjoy the fun vibe in the restaurant. Would definitely recommend!

I was in London on a business trip and used the internet to find me a place to eat that had gluten free options, and Wahaca came up. The enchiladas were actually quite good, the rice & beans were pretty mediocre, and the service was a little... distant. My colleague and I waited a good 3-5 minutes at the host stand for someone to come seat us while three employees stared at us from the bar. We had walked pretty far to get to this place or we would have just turned around and left.

very attentive staff who understand food allergies. well documented allergen list and dedicated gf menu. They also acknowledge there are those who simply prefer to avoid gluten and offer them a menu where small risks of cross-contamination may occur. The strict GF menu is excellent and have me confidence I could eat here safely.

Wahaca has been a favourite for years! I’ve been to this location too many times to count and it’s incredible. The staff is very knowledgeable. They have a manager come to the table to take allergen orders. All food is marked with flags to indicate gluten-free or allergen plates. The kitchen is not all gluten-free so some contamination is possible, but I’ve eaten here for years and never had an issue. They have gf tortilla chips because the normal ones are fried in a shared fryer. The food is incredible!!
