Waiter was very knowledgeable about gluten-free. We even had the tater tots. All the food was yummy!
GF buns, croutons (!), and a dedicated fryer for fries and tater tots. The only thing they weren’t sure about was dessert, but by that point I was stuffed. So happy to finally eat a burger and fries without worry!
I had a great experience here!! We went last night before the game. My server was very knowledgeable about what I could and couldn't have. I ordered off of the kids menu because I wasn't hungry enough for anything else and couldn't take anything to go. The fries, and tater tots are fried separately and they are absolutely delicious!!! The BBQ sauce is not safe! The gluten free bun was fantastic, so soft and reminded me of how good bread used to be lol
My fiancé who has celiacs disease and I were in town with friends for the Indians Home Opener. He had used the Find Me Gluten Free and Wahlburgers showed GF and said they had a dedicated fryer. The staff was super friendly and they indeed did have GF options as well as the dedicated fryer. It was nice to actually enjoy a meal for once and not worry about cross contamination. I would highly recommend this place and the Find Me Gluten Free App. Go Tribe!
Servers not knowledgeable and not the sharpest. They have gf buns and all fries and sweet potato tots are gf. Food was ok for all 4 of us, nothing special. Fast and pleasing to kids.
The server was NOT the least bit knowledgeable about what gluten was, let alone what food could make us sick. We were told that they had only one gluten free hot dog bun left and then served my son's hotdogs on a piece of bread. The food in general was not good and not even hot and service was very slow. I was really looking forward to Wahlburgers; love Donnie and Jenny!!!
They have gf buns and all fries and sweet potato tots are gf. Food was ok nothing special but somewhere fast to eat. Bathrooms where 🤢 nasty! Service was good.
It was great! We were in town for an Indians game, and despite what the MLB website said, we knew that the food in the stadium was not going to work for our celiac 8yr old son. Once we walked into Wahlburgers and said "Celiac" you would have thought that we owned the place! I was shocked and so happy, from the hostess to the waiter to to the bartender, they all made us feel like we had been there 100x. It blew my mind! AND the food was amazing!!!!! I eat GF with my son, tho I don't need too, but we r a team. Burgers and buns were delicious . They knew I didn't need GF, but they were sure that is what I got bc that is what I ordered! Dedicated fryer! YUM! Wish I had one closer in CT! BRAVO WAHLBURGERS !!!
We ate here a few days ago. My son and I have Celiac. We had no issues, but it was a leap of faith. Server was generally unaware of the GF menu options, but did have knowledge of the dedicated fryer for fries. He did go back and ask the kitchen manager what was safe and relayed that information to us. That said...we didn't feel 100% safe that our food would be GF. Turns out that it was, which was great, but we wish they would do a little more to make the ordering process more comfortable.
I've eaten at Wahlburgers before & have never had an issue, but this experience was my best yet. The bartender was incredibly knowledgeable not only about the gluten free liquors, but about the food & dedicated fryers as well. He never hesitated to answer any of my questions right away. They don't have a separate gluten free menu, but it's listed on the menu that they have gluten free bread, buns, and croutons. I wasn't feeling like bread, so they made me a big salad with the burger & all of the toppings. All of the staff seems very happy (and knowledgeable) to assist with any allergy needs!

Food was delicious! They have a dedicated fryer for both fries and tater tots to prevent cross contamination. They also offer GF buns, breads and croutons for $1 extra and make note on ticket if it’s due to an allergy. If your not into the bun, they have all burgers in salad form as well. The waiter was knowledgeable and accommodating. Also the pineapple chipotle margarita was great to!
Hostesses and our waitress had no clue about what gluten free means/is about. The manager on duty was knowledgeable and assured us that the kitchen was safe and the staff there would keep our food gluten free. The hostess brought the fries and put her fingers in the paper cup used to serve them. I gave that one to my son who is not celiac and grabbed the rest of the fries before she could do the same. Food was awesome...proceed with caution...we did not get sick... they could educate their staff a tiny bit, if they are going to continue serving GF items. We will definitely try the one in Georgia where we live.
Great place. All of their sauces and dressings are gluten free except the BBQ sauce. Lots of choices on the menu and it was hard to choose. They have gluten free buns and bread and dedicates fryers. I ended up ordering the sloppy joe on gluten free bread which was amazing. Also had fries. Very good prices.
We are not celiac although need to avoid gluten for other health related. I felt so spoiled having a bun for my burger, for the first time in months. To early to tell if we will have reaction. Grateful to have a place to eat out that makes an effort to have flavorful food for those of us that are sensitive.
This just opened at MOA and when I told the server I had a Celiac he thoroughly explained all the steps they take for gluten free orders. Udi’s bun, separate prep space, separate space on the grill, dedicated fryer for fries, tots, and sweet potato tots. All sauces are GF except ranch and BBQ. Local cider on tap. No dedicated desserts except ice cream. They also alert a manager in person when an order comes through, they change gloves in the kitchen. And the manager brings the food out. I had the Our Burger (burger, cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion and special sauce which is a mix of tomato/ketchup/paprika/caramelized onions) and the loaded tots with chili, cheese sauce, and bacon. Super great service and I felt well taken care of and safe. I have a Nima sensor and it didn’t find any gluten!!!
We loved it here! The menu was great for Celiac and non-Celiacs! Our server was good and we loved the location. It was easy parking and fun to walk around Celebrity Circle after our meal. The menu was so good that we all had a hard time ordering. They were very knowlegable about gluten and offered meals not "Just salads without the croutons". We all loved everything we ordered. I highly recommend this place!
I got the "O.F.D. originally from'Dorchestah'" burger with caramelized onions, a side of fries and wahl sauce. The food was good. My bun got a little soggy on the bottom, but I just asked for a folder and knife. Personally, I am not much of a burger fan, but I've heard good things so I figured I'd give it a go. After being vegetarian for so many years meat is still weird to me. I would prefer to eat this without the burger or the bacon...like a mushroom sandwich. Hmm, I wonder if I could order that? but anyway the burger was not dry even though I had it cooked medium it was still juicy. the bacon was a bit underdone to my liking but I'm sure other people would enjoy it. overall the flavors we're good, and the service was allergy friendly and overall pleasant. I would go back again.
The server seemed very knowledgeable. I was a bit nervous as there was nothing mentioned on the menu, but she assured me that is because most anything can be made GF. They have GF buns. Fries and tater tots have no risk of cross contamination. My burger and fries came right out.
Our waiter was NOT knowledgeable about Gluten Free or the menu items! The little bit of research I did beforehand made me more knowledgeable than him. Burger came on a Regular/gluten bun. When I finally got my new sandwich (everyone else was finished eating) the bun was cold/partial frozen and just fell apart. The service is just awful! To top it off the waiter overcharged. At this point we just wanted to get out of there!
We had a wonderful blonde waitress today who understood and guided us through our gluten free meals. She made sure to accommodate my celiac vegetarian dairy free daughter too. All meals were freshly made. We were all able to eat together on her way back to school. Thank you Wahlburgers for feeding us safely
Had a great experience here (and even met Paul Wahlburg!) - I got the BBQ Bacon Burger (no bbq sauce-not gfree) on a delicious gluten free bun with a side of tator tots (they only fry gluten free items in the fryer). Though it took a little while for our food to come out and it was on the pricier side, everything was delicious and I will definitely be back soon!
I went here after reading all of the fabulous reviews. However, I was told they do not have a dedicated fryer, so that eliminated about half the menu. This is critical for anyone who is Celiac. The server was not interested in helping us at all. My friend's order was completely wrong and was given attitude when she asked for it to be fixed. Maybe it was an off day, but I will not be back.
