The server was familiar with celiac disease and explained the fries are the only thing guaranteed to be Celiac friendly. The manager came over to the table and was very empathetic to the allergy. She had the kitchen clean every surface to ensure there wasn’t any flour in the air. After a week in Las Vegas of being sick from food, it’s finally nice to find a place that cares about their customers.
