Was just informed they changed all of their sauce recipes and they are NO LONGER GF. All of their signs still say they are GF so make sure you ask

I first had poke in Hawaii where it is the best so that is my standard. I am often disappointed with poke here in the US but I am happy to report I loved Waikiki Poke!
We got takeout bowls here twice on a recent trip. The tuna is fresh and almost completely gristle free. There's a great variety of ingredients for customizing a bowl to your individual tastes and you can have as many as you want. They only charge extra for avocado and salads.
I didn’t see GF indicators on the menu but the staff are knowledgeable and change gloves between each customer. All of the sauces are gluten free except one. They are in squeeze bottles so no chance of cross contamination. Some of the dry toppings probably have gluten. We just got sesame seeds. There is a possibility of cross contamination if the server grabs a dry topping like Tempura flakes and then one of the GF toppings for the same customer. My husband has celiac disease and he didn’t get sick.
