Delicious BBQ, but staff not terribly knowledgeable about celiac or gluten. The receptionist responded “what’s gluten? Is there gluten in meat?” When we asked if they have a GF menu. However, to her credit, she went back and asked the kitchen staff and someone came out and told us some items that should be safe. So we did get to eat some great BBQ, and didn’t have any problem.
