The soft ice cream is gluten free, plus they have gluten free sugar cones! Been here twice and the staff seems knowledgeable on proper precautions and will even get fresh sprinkles from the back (you have to ask) and put them on in a separate area so as to avoid cross contamination. They serve Perry's hard ice cream, so I'd recommend looking up the flavors you want before ordering and ask for the usual procedures (new scoop, container, etc). They seem happy to help.
