This restaurant was super yummy and the salads were great.... but they did not have any gf bread or tortillas. So the only option would be the salads but they were super helpful and the salad was good!

The workers are extremely educated on gluten allergies. I immediately told them that I had celiac & they gave me all of my options & what would not be an option. It is clear that the establishment takes it seriously! Amazing experience

The man at the counter was very knowledgeable and was able to show me exactly what could be prepared gluten free. I explained I have Celiac and he said no problem. The sandwich I got was DELICIOUS (chicken, apple and Brie)!
