Staff asked before taking order if anyone had any allergies. When I mentioned coeliac (and vegetarian) they said they could do the adult Veg burger meal gf even though it wasn't specified on the menu (the children's menu had GF/V burger option) I was a bit dubious but the manager assured me it was perfectly safe! It was quite nice but I wouldn't rate their chips Had a GF butterbeer too just to get a mug to bring home!

the food is fast but fries not really hot, they set everything up to work fast. Butterbeer is gluten-free. Butterbeer ice cream can also be made gluten-free in a bowl, which is highly recommended by me

Food not fantastic but gluten free options available including burgers, hotdogs and chips. Chef confirmed separate frier for chips. Butter beer also gf and tasty.

The butter beer and butter beer ice cream were great. I wish I had simply stuck with those because I’ve never had a worse burger in my life. I was able to get the backlot burger with gluten free bun and gluten free (dedicated fryer) fries. The burgers were so small and burnt/hard/bad flavor, bun was stale and it was more bun than burger. The fries were soggy. I didn’t get sick but wish I hadn’t spent the money on it.

Butterbeer and Butterbeer ice cream we’re both gluten free. They had a few gluten free items on the menu. We had the loaded chilli fries and they were very nice. Butterbeer was magical.

They have several options for gluten free, and the workers even ask about allergies when ordering food and drinks. However, we had the GF afternoon tea and it was AWFUL. The scone was cold, hard, and tasted terrible. The foods on the tray were not good at all. I would not recommend the afternoon tea.

Very knowledgeable. Have a wide selection of food. Butterbeer and butterbeer ice cream Make sure to know that the mushroom hotdog is not gluten free.
