The server thought that gluten was eggs. When I asked her for someone who knew what gluten was she came back with are you ready to order. Not safe.

Dear celiacs,

I recently dined at Wasabi Bistro. They had diverse options of foods and they clearly labeled them on the menu with a g-f symbol. The chefs were very well informed about the concerns and dietary needs and were very helpful. As a result, I must say that I didn't have any sickness problems. I felt the wait time for the food was reasonable and the overall quality of the food was marvelous. Hope you guys enjoy! P.S. Bring your own soy sauce.

I've been here several times and it is always great! Gluten free menu, including sushi. Staff is knowledgeable, but if you have any questions, the manager is very attentive.
