This place is amazing! I went here with some family that was unaware of my allergy and was pleasantly surprised to find my now favorite sushi joint! Few places that do not advertise gluten-free menus are this aware and prepared. The owners name is Janet and you can find her working almost everyday. She has a notably sized group of regular celiacs and takes great care of them. She carries gluten free soy sauce in a separate bottle in the back fridge and will bring it out on request. You let her know what types of fish and other ingredients you like and she personally will have the chef make you some delicious rolls in a safe, uncontaminated area. You can tell she really cares about her customers. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for tasty, risk free sushi!
