Tried Wasabi sushi based off another review. They do have a number of sauces that are marked as gluten free. The setup is like a Chipotle where they have containers or bins of toppings(not marked) that you can choose from to make up a bowl or a sushi roll. The woman making it used her hands(gloved) to reach into each bin(gf &non gf) to make the bowl, so cross contamination is very likely however I didnt get sick and the bowl was really good, very fresh.
The guy at the counter said celiac so i felt better about. I got a Poké bowl, with brown rice, cucumber, edamame, avocado, tuna and spicy mayo. Didn’t get sick.

They have the best poke bowls! All the toppings are super fresh and most are gluten free except the seaweed salad and imitation crab. They have a sign explaining which sauces are gluten free and have gluten free soy sauce packets available. I always get the spicy mayo over tuna and veggies with a sprinkle of seaweed flakes and sesame. The bowls are $10 each which seems like an amazing value given the large portion of fresh vegetables and fish. Closed on Sundays.
