The bistro assured me that they could accommodate gluten and dairy free for brunch. What this, in fact, meant was removing everything I couldn't eat from the plate. I ended up with 4 blanched asparagus, 1 tabsp of bland crab meat, 2 runny eggs (which I did not eat because I forgot to specify hard cooked) and 2 strawberries. I left brunch starved and looking for gluten free carbs. Not a fun way to start your 40th birthday.
Excellent. No separate gf menu but chef and staff all educated and have dined there 3 times with no cross contamination. Food is incredible
