Fryer is fully gluten free and their chicken and waffles are incredible! The kitchen is small, so they warned me that there is likely flour flying around in the air. Go during a weekday (it's less busy) to best avoid cross contamination.
The menu has more GF options than it actually says. I talked with the waitress and they use GF flour for their gravies, fried chicken, and waffles. I highly recommend the gochujang fried chicken and waffles.
