Had a great breakfast this morning at Waves. They had GF bread that made delicious French Toast and made GF home fries to go with it! Great service, too!

Wasn’t sure. Server didn’t tell me anything really other than they have gluten free bread. Nothing on menu was noted as gf so have to ask about everything. I had a lobster sandwich as they didn’t have rolls. But the bread was very good so the sandwich was lovely.

Most items on the menu are gluten free, allow substitutions, fryer is not gf, but owners are very knowledgeable. Will be back! I have Celiac and had no issues with my burger on bread with substitute side salad.
