Safe places to eat for celiacs are hard to find near the Grand Canyon. This place was great. Personal 10 inch GF pizzas. They were cooked in their own individual trays. We had a positive experience despite the previous negative reviews. We are a family of 5 with 3 celiacs. Everyone enjoyed the meal, no reactions. With negative experiences at other local places, this was by far the best dining experience near the Grand Canyon.

Son, 7, has a wheat allergy. They offer a pre-made, frozen 10" gluten free crust or a cauliflower crust. Son opted for gluten free plain cheese pizza. The crust was thin and crispy, he said it tasted good, but a little bland. All pizzas are cooked in a shared convection type oven. I did alert the staff to my son's allergy when ordering and they did relay that to the kitchen staff. They took the time to cook his pizza separately (they were not very busy, we went around 2PM). Staff also made sure to deliver his pizza directly to us at our table. My son didn't have any reactions.

While the reviews here were not favorable, my son had negative experiences and El Tovar and Yavapai Tavern so we needed to try something. He had the gluten free pizza here and felt fine afterward. I don't know that it was the best gf pizza of his life by any stretch, but at this point I just cared about him being able to eat something and not immediately feel sick after.

My husband ordered me the gluten free margherita pizza and it was delicious! I’m newly diagnosed celiac, so still learning about measures needed to prevent cross contamination. It hit me half way through my pizza. So so sick.

Offers a GF crust but when asked how it is prepared or if any steps are taken was told no. The area is not cleaned and baked on same surface as all pizzas.

The staff wasn’t too knowledgeable but they did have a 10” gluten free pizza crust. I got “The Works” it was delicious and I had no reactions afterward.
Yes
This restaurant has 10” gluten free pizza crusts which I was excited about as GF options in the area are limited. The food was decent, staff was nice. Unfortunately I got sick shortly after eating here. Wish I listened to prior reviews.
My daughter and I both got pizza on a GF crust, the pizza was absolutely delicious, and neither of us got sick. Will definitely go back!
Asked about gluten free pizza and they were not helpful and ended up saying that they do not try to prevent any cross contact with regular pizzas
No
pizza à composer avec pâte sans gluten. à conseiller.
Yes
Pizza was not that good and two of us (out of four) got sick. Not very accommodating, didn't even know what salad dressing was gluten free.
The pizza was good but we had two people in our party not feel well after eating the GF. It was also very expensive.
What a find! We needed GF food for our daughter and were so happy we stopped here for a fast meal. The GF pizza was one of the better ones we've tasted. We also got an order of bbq wings and they were excellent. We didn't try the salad bar but it looked fresh with many choices.
The restaurant was big, bright, clean and modern. Bathrooms were clean and looked new. We recommend this restaurant.

They have a 10 inch GF pizza available. It took about 15 minutes to make. My son and I had them and thought they were pretty good. The crust was very thin but tasted fine.
Yes
They make a small gluten-free pizza but it was expensive and the majority of the crust was bare (no sauce, cheese or topping) and the crust was like a hard cracker.
