They have a gf menu and will make sure to mark your plate indicating allergy measures. It is unfortunate you can't have chile here but I have found ordering togo or bringing your own side of chile is the way to go. I usually get huevos rancheros, no beans or a bowl of papas.
I ate at Weck's this morning. They seemed knowledgeable when I talked to the staff, and (as always) I clarified that I not only needed gluten free, but was celiac, and asked them to be cautious with cross contamination. The food tasted great, but I was definitely glutened. To be clear, I am not sure if it was just the location that I ate at, where it was somehow different than others (San Mateo and Lomas), but for those of you who are like me, and checked this site without checking the street name or thought "one size fits all," Please be cautious.

Most of the time I eat here with no issues. Although last time I found a piece of fench toast in my gluten free potato bowl. That’s supposedly cooked in a separate are of the kitchen?
Weck's has a dedicated gluten free menu, but our salads arrived with croutons and had to be sent back. Hoping the replacements have no cross contamination issues!

Found their gluten-free menu on-line so and decided to try Weck’s for the first time since finding out I’m gluten sensitive. Ordered the original “Papa plate” which is hash browns with bacon, sausage, and diced green Chile. Really good! They brought me the gluten-free menu which was clearly marked what was “gf” and brought my food out separately from my husbands. Very good experience!

Weck’s has a GF menu. Their servers have been knowledgeable about GF options. The hash browns are cooked on a flat top so no need to worry about a shared fryer.

Had their gluten free Santa Fe salad with sour cream and salsa. Delicious! I explained to my waitress, Minerva, that I have a severe wheat allergy. She was fantastic! Great experience. Highly recommend.
