The pre made sushi states that no gluten ingredients were used, but chance of cross contamination from shared surfaces.

So many options within the store, freezer section and prepared foods. Very impressed. I always want to buy everything!

This is a grocery store not a restaurant, but they do have a lot of to-go food and it is labeled on the salad bars and food bars what contains gluten. They have several dedicated gluten free aisles as well within the grocery store.

Wegmans now offers Gluten Free Subs at their sub station! I was really excited about this when I first saw the sign. Although, I was disappointed by the customer service I received when I asked for a GF roll for my sub. I told the worker I did have an allergy and at first the worker refused to make the sub since I had an allergy and she couldn’t promise cross contamination. I asked if she could still make it and use a new paper for the sub and change her gloves, she did. I asked for mayo in which she used the same spatula that was in the mayo container that was used on all the other subs. I also did not ask for it to be cut in half which she automatically did using the same knife that cut the gluten bread for the customer in front of me... I was not happy. Next time I will make it clear to the worker I do not want mayo and I do not want the sub cut. Wegmans can do better than this so I will take it as a one off with an uneducated worker on food allergies.
